Unfortunately Washington State is one of the few cryptocurrency unfriendly states right now and due to new legislation almost all exchanges are banned here which makes it even harder for the average Joe to go online and buy XRP or other altcoins. Luckily there are still a few options. But first you will need to buy Ethereum or Bitcoin in order be able to get it on Binance, which is the site you will be purchasing Ripple at. In order to buy Ethereum or Bitcoin you can get it from someone off localbitcoins.com or you can go sign up for Coinbase here ---> http://[Suspicious link removed]/2CEWVgC which is the quicker & safer option. Once you are signed up with Coinbase you have to buy Ethereum since that is what you will use to purchase Ripple. Once you have the Ethereum in your Coinbase wallet go to Binance here ------> http://[Suspicious link removed]/2BLphZy and sign up for an account. It's real easy and straightforward so it shouldn't take long. Once you are all signed up go into deposits section on Binance and get your ETH wallet address. Then, go back to your Coinbase wallet and send the Ethereum in it to your Binance Ethereum wallet. Once it's there in Binance all you have to do then is click on the "Markets" tab and scroll down until you see XRP / ETH and then click on it and click the exchange tab finally you will be able to buy the Ripple!
