Be very careful of PayPal reversible transfer services.
Check http://webr3.org/apps/xrp/charts/usd-xrp for depth, at the time of writing you'd be looking at 1/69 for 50k, higher for more.
Also do be aware that almost nobody will touch paypal as it's reversible, some people do though if you send as a gift, good luck and sincerely hope you get some XRP!

The current market price of XRP is 73XRP/USD (src: https://ripplecharts.com/). I am looking to pay via paypal (or escrow; though I would like to avoid fees as much as possible). I would also like to buy in small amounts to establish relationships with sellers. Legitimate sellers will then get more and bigger purchase orders from me.
