Funds will be held as USD and not bitcoin though. Can provide past trading history if you are interested (it's very consistent, over 0.2-1% gain per trade over 100 trades in a row). You'll hold the 2fa key, i'll put $500 of my own money into the account so i cannot transfer it out doing bad trades to one of my other accounts (the fees would eat up my money and probably leave me with less than i put in if i would try to scam). I expect the $500 to slowly be released as trust is gained.
Catch: btc-e goes rogue and runs off with everyones money: It's your loss but I'll use some of my earnings (~50%) to repay the losses.

if you invest, i will start working only for our project, bitcoin exchange site.
it's not easy to complete fast, but i need 2-3 months to develop site without being distracted.
