Most websites don't accept my card unfortunately.
It only works if you sent me an invoice and did it with payoneer invoice and (If you think there is another service that might work, I don't mind using it)
I can take hundreds of thousands of selfies of me holding my card with my ID.

I'll go with escrow, and if you are a reputable vendor I don't mind for not using any.

As for the rates, I really don't understand what 10% rate means, so if possible, just tell me how much I'm going to pay on each dollar.
