I'm not sure if you know already but Steam are officially accepting Bitcoin now , you can add funds to your wallet using Bitcoin and do whatever you want (including buying skins and case keys etc ..) .

And Valve prices keys at $2.5 / Key. You can usually buy keys for $1.9 - $2.05
