Its very risky to deal in buying and selling USDT or any crypto here and if you do, you must use escrow.
However i will advise you to use any P2P platform for this purpose as it is not only easy but also more secure way to buy usdt.
sometimes providing more details from the buyer would much more better, your telegram ID how much are rates then this will user contacting you and execute trade with you.
why don't you wanna buy from trading platform most especially Kucoin Houbi and Binance they are trusted and having good reputations.

There should be a reason why you wanna buy from users directly from the forum, this may likely be that you don't want reveal your identity to binance or to any other exchange there, If not for this I think there will be no limitations that stops you from trading directly from exchange. Or could it be you don't know how to trade over there?

I don't think so its a secure method to find a supplier, you can hire some one to buy usdt on escrow for you its secure for you.

You still haven't talked about your rates or what price you are basing on for the exchange between the XRP and USDT. The reason you haven't received any offers is that no one wants to go into a trade blindly. You should be clear with everything.

You can use binance to buy many USDT safely since its risky to do a p2p trade here, there are so many scammers hiding waiting for possible victims alsk dealing with escrow upon doing this transaction is hassle plus it will cost another payment since there are escroe take 1% fee on transaction. So go with the best option to minimize your stress on buying what you want.
I'd only go with an escrow. I do use binance and wazirx but I would like to hunt for lower price so looking for long term suppliers.
