Hi all. I have some PayPal and Perfect Money I am looking to exchange over into your Bitcoins. I am trying to buy about ~$3500-5000 USD of Bitcoin at the current moment. PayPal is 10%, PM is 2%. I am willing to do larger amounts if the seller is willing to lower the rates.
