It is much cheaper to ship them to a person in the USA and have them get em graded.
I have considered that too, but in that case will I most likely be facing VAT (25%) and Custom (+3% on top) when the parcel reenter E.U.
Unless the contact person in U.S. know how to declare it right. I have been in contact with ANACS, and they have a form they include in the custom papers, which states that is only the value of the actual grading service that should will be subject to import fees, even though the value of the parcel is much much higher.
