Ninjahitoko left me unwarranted negative trust, so he's a trust system abuser as well as a scammer.  In addition he called me a wasteman, and while this isn't definitive proof, it is good evidence that he is a complete booger-eating moron.

damm i fell for this guy too. luckily i was only scammed for 69 cents. its not about the money with op. he gets his livelihood and entertainment from scamming. he gets joy from the scamming itself, regardless of the amount of funds obtained.

UPDATE:

I was able to recover my paypal funds!

Ninjahitoko ruined his reputation for the grand total of $0

Thank you everyone for their support and help.

Great news! Smiley
I just hope he really didn't get the funds. It's quite probable he hacked another person's PayPal account, scammed you and withdrew. In that case it's possible another victim lost the funds.
Or he could have sold the account with the funds. Unfortunately it's not uncommon to see ads selling hacked or soon-to-be-charged-back PayPal funds.

Never thought of that but again big thank you EcuaMobi for your help, it saved my reputation and that was to me worth more than the money.

Scammers always find new ways to scam people and even no conscience at all reversing the situation making the victim as it's like the scammer. This is what the internet world is like, it's really hard to trust people here.

If you used your credit card, it will be really easy to get it chargebacked. If you had paypal funds it may get a bit more complicated.

He most likely wanted that 24 hours so he could cash out the funds before his account went red. He'll probably get away with the money but hopefully you can get yours back.

I have absolutely nothing to run away from. Please check my scam accusation against this user on the scam accusations board. I think that will clarify things. Furthermore, I will be right here doing my best to reply to every comment on both posts until the issue is resolved.

LOL there is no solving this apart from you sending me my 1.04 BTC, other wise your rep and name are no good.

POST PROOF of the BTC address I gave you via a trusted member or Mod/Admin and then PROVE you sent that address 1.04 BTC, you know why you won't because you lied and never did and faked your evidence.

Always use escrow. Remember that.

But you can file a chargeback against him through paypal, just report a dispute. Paypal is reversible.

As I stated on my post the guy that "confirmed" the transaction is an alt of this user, a new type of PayPal scam where untrusted members are used as puppets by trusted members.

Credit companies don't chargeback without looking at both sides of the argument. I will provide extensive evidence to the credit company if he did not use his PayPal balance to pay. Willing to go to any extent to prove my innocence. I may even call the credit card or bank he was involved with to expose him.

It sucks to get scammed it sucks even more if the scammer makes people on the forum believe that the person who got scammed is a lier, when in reality the scammer is a nasty piece of crap that makes people believe you are a scammer.

I hope thatstinks gets scammed of all his money for what he has done
I have no words to describe the feeling of disgust I have.

Do this one thing, give your login/pass to a member of this forum like a Mod or Admin you trust with high rank/posts/trust score and have them read the PM where I gave you my BTC address. Have that member post a screen shot of that PM/BTC address I gave you and then explain how it is an alien conspiracy which caused you to not send that address the 1.04 BTC you owe me and claim to have sent.

That simple, I can no longer trust your own proof because how can I say this, you photo shop it and lie.

I hope for the price of $514 losing any reputation you had here, had with that name/email and username is now WORTHLESS! Not to mention any other smaller business you may have done is gone on this forum...

Send the 1.04 BTC you owe me to the address I gave you in PM and paypal remarks and I will be glad to call this all a misunderstanding. Any disgust you have is at the loss you are suffering for being caught in a theft.

I saw both of the threads and now I'm confused.
Oh well, good luck getting this resolved.
The amount of scammers these days is going up higher then the bitcoin price this week.

Nothing to be confused about, Ninjahitoko is not just a thief but a disgusting individual who steals then blames the victim to cause confusion. Evidence already shows he is lying on all fronts.

He lied about the address he sent BTC to, he lied about a paypal dispute that had not even started and he photo shops etc. Dude is a dedicated scammer Ill give him that much..oh and my $514 bucks Sad

His confusion tactic seems to work on those who do not read the entire thread(s), don't be fooled.

You still have a chance to get back your money via PP. Just ask any trusted member here about chargebacks as many have succeeded in getting their money back when they were scammed via BTC. Don't lose hope.

See if this can help you: http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/guides/article-2523075/What-Christmas-purchases-wrong-How-chargeback-help-money-back.html

You definitely did not scam him. Judging by his speech and word choice, he's around 14-15 years old. Very immature and a bad scammer.

Should be banned already, and alts found.

I agree I think it is clear I am not doing this for fun and he scams, I feel so stupid for having trusted him...

Will they ban him and then what he rejoins under another name Sad

Nobody gets banned for scamming. Just negative trust. Btw, which one of you is the real scammer, i can't even figure it out??

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/the-user-thatstinks-is-a-scammer-1289466

Edit - seems like he has more proof than you. Is this your address 1FzeEZfYzfGkegcF2c4TSE11Zbz5kmhfD4 or not?

Update: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1289466.new#new

I am not the scammer and his "proof" is called photo shop I am a victim of this guy who then decided to not just steal from me but then make me look bad, horrible feeling.

Sorry mate, I hadn't had time to fully read it and it was confusing. I do know the feeling. Happens to the best of us, keep your head up either way.  Sad

Thanks man, I am just baffled at his boldness and lack of understanding he could never prove he sent my address 1 BTC. He also acted as if there was no way anyone would catch his lies, unreal. I live in a developed country and perhaps am not always aware how much $514 is to someone in another local, even still I must be a huge suck because as he stole from me I still feel bad to think that he needed it and only a desperate person would do as much.

He tried to get to Skype with me too!

I have taken some snips guys, how do I post them?

Also this incredibly bold scammer Ninjahitoko Girish Sri Ganesh [email protected] is now replying in another thread that I scammed him and have the coin then filed a dispute with paypal etc that he now has to fight....little does this scammer know yet I haven't started to file anything yet with pp, caught him in another lie as he looked for sympathy.

That is why I want to post both snips of the PM showing the address I gave him and paypal payment which also shows the address I gave him (obviously same address) I opened a new wallet at blockchain just for this deal. That way he cannot ever say he sent my 1 BTC and his link showing a 1 BTC transaction does not match my address given to him. I imagine he just used someone else's transaction to try and say he sent it.

Either way need help posting the snip.

Damn, close call. This user tried scamming me on Skype, and he was close to getting $500 off me as well. He deleted me, and I was going to make a community warning. He got away with it :/

Full Members just can't be trusted, so many scams coming from them now. Making it hard for ppl like me to exchange. I think escrow via LocalBitcoins at the least should be encouraged.

Honestly,

that stinks man.

Open a dispute in PayPal & call them to reverse this payment.
Although subject line that you put in your payment may result in getting your account limited as PayPal does not like exchanging them for any other currency

It's going to be almost impossible to perform a chargeback, and win the case since PayPal does not support digital goods unless its downloadable content.

I've lost money to PayPal scammers too, tried to get it back and failed Sad

Can you post better evidence than that copy/paste(?) thing you just wrote?  And as the poster above me suggested, chargeback on PayPal.

That was a fairly high premium to market rate.  That was the best you could do?  Even wesellcrypto offers better.

It was the best rate I could find and agreed, yes, seemed high to me too but that to me almost made him seem more honest, know what I mean.

What should I do take a snap shot? I am trying to figure out how to get all the PM's in one shot, at the moment I can copy paste but I highly doubt he'd have the balls to deny the case, he just keeps stalling. What put me over the edge now is his attitude of "he'll decide if the mistake is his and I get a refund"... lol this guy is unreal.

I am in the process of dealing with paypal and my cc now, fun.

Oh I cannot access wallet then oh I sent it you didn't get it...then oh you gave me the wrong address. I mean he thinks I am stupid, he knows the address is in PM and Paypal and shows he is lying.

Here is the PM in fact showing I gave him my address...

WARNING:  Ninjahitoko is a scammer!

Bottom line ALL of this is 100% verifiable via PM's, Mods Admin all free to review, I would copy and paste them all but do not want to take up a lot of room atm. There is obviously a bit more discussion at his in ability to follow through but those are the cliff notes.

You're gonna have to post pm's as moderators or admins dont take plaace in scam accusation threads, we need evidence

WARNING:  Ninjahitoko is a scammer!

USER PROFILE: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/ninjahitoko-397854
AMOUNT: 1.04 BTC
PRICE $514 USD
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

Cliff notes: I feel really stupid I trusted him, I know I know I am stupid.

I agreed to purchase 1 BTC from  Ninjahitoko and sent him $514 USD
Instantly after receiving the funds he claimed he could not access his wallet and asked me to wait until tomorrow
At first I thought ok but then I felt sick about it, why would he take my money but not have access suddenly
I asked he send the BTC or refund me
He said give him one day, I did, that time is now up
I PM'd him again today asking where it was and I was going to go public
He replied he just sent the 1 BTC and gave a link to a transaction showing 1 BTC
BIG ISSUE it was not to my bitcoin address, I mentioned I did not receive it
He stated it was the address I gave him (TOTAL LIE PM's and PAYPAL DO NOT LIE) In fact the paypal comment section was as follows as well...
Quote
Subject:
Payment in full for 1 BTC to be sent to the address known as 1DnYnC6JKfFh7BgvmT4pbhMZqZhG9MDFRp
He asked for 30 minutes for him to see if he made a mistake.
He refuses to refund me or send me my BTC, insists he decides if he made a mistake or not and refuses to admit I sent him my address and he never sent it to me.

Bottom line ALL of this is 100% verifiable via PM's, Mods Admin all free to review, I would copy and paste them all but do not want to take up a lot of room atm and frankly still learning how to group them. There is obviously a bit more discussion at his in ability to follow through but those are the cliff notes.

This guy Girish Sri Ganesh [email protected] is now officially a SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
