Why not try to contact them directly?
I Contacted the support, they seemed to have no clue at that time

Also, I search a bit it seems that they have an app why not try to withdraw your funds through their app?
The problem was in the app and website, a like.



UPDATE

After some days of waiting, the issue was rectified. Apparently there was a hitch on their side, and I was able to withdraw my funds today without any further 2 FA resetting.

Why not try to contact them directly?

They have lots of contact info from this page https://www.bybit.com/app/aboutus/contactus

And I would suggest you try to contact them through their telegram it seems it's active and I think you could get a fast response there or try their Facebook page.

Did you change any of the other settings [on the "Account & Security" page] before you tried to withdraw yesterday?
I never changed anything. Even logging in before withdrawal required the same 2FA which worked without any issues but when i tried to withdraw, that's when issues came up

I'm not one of its users but the following two things might be the reason:

Not sure about the 7 business day processing, but I did see the 24-hour withdrawal prohibition when I eventually reset the 2FA, which NEVER solved the problem.

I think you would probably get a better response if you repost this on their "subreddit".
I received an email response a few hours ago, but am not sure if it's genuine or fake

Today I wanted to withdraw some funds from Bybit but every time I try to add the address required for the withdrawal. A message pops up to reset my 2FA



I did reset the 2FA, but the 2 FA reset message has continued to persist both on the mobile app and browser whenever I try to make a withdrawal.

Has anybody experienced this kind of problem before on bybit?
