What is your experience with Bybit Trading bots?

There are a lot of them on platforms like 3Comma's, but since their big hack in December last year I don't trust them.

What is your experience with the bots on Bybit's own website? I also came across the Bybit trading bot of Oxido Solutions.
They had some challenging months in 2023, but overall they seem to have an excellent track-record, are transparent and have a
reliable management:

That's amazing. Yeah I always do isolated because I feel like there should be some stop. Thanks for answering!

I have a question about the option to change long and short positions with margin. It gives me the option to change both at the same time. If I want to take a long position, should I leave short at 1? How does that affect the liquidation price? Also how does that affect gains???
If you are using isolated margin, then the leverage of the open position is all that matters. If you open a long position at 10x on isolated margin. The leverage bar on short doesn't matter whether it's at 1x or 100x. It won't affect your open long position, liquidation price, gains or your equity.

However, you have to be very careful when opening different positions using cross margin. Your equity could be affected at different levels.

Indiers, Americans, Chinees, Marsmen ... its all good for me if it works. Bybit works fine for me. Did withdrawel once. They verify transaction (by hand i think) so it takes time, like a day.

I really like the platform, but i am a terribale trader i found out. Its like price course is specially made for me all the time  Undecided killing my untight stop losses just with a few dots more.

Bet all big exchanges are connected with API's just crushing positions within a range. Stinking bot algo's.

Deribit i use for options, but again terrible trader i am. Listening to magic poopcannon on tradingview. Had my put options when BTC was 5k. Was taking a beer and then offcourse they pumped BTC to 8k me buying PUTT options all the way  Roll Eyes

A remark for deribit trading is that the option prices sometimes don't make sense. Also the option prices does mot fluctuate as normal options on stoks (probably because low trade volume).
Worse ... there are momentems that BTC prices changed 200 point and Call and the Putt option of same price range both degreaced in valu ?!
Worser ... bought (with long timeframe) options 1 day later BTC prices almost the same as yesterday but my option degreaced 30% in valu ?!
So watch out for that and calculate twice before buy.

Think i gonne crush my computers, buy a tent and live in the woods  Grin

I recently checked out Bybit and their website and set up looked impressive at first site. In fact i was even thinking of using it as an alternative to Bitmex but on doing small background checks i see a number of people with various complaints about them.

Definitely there can be no smoke without fire so my interest faded off. Looking at the post history of OP. I dunno whether he's also just one of the shillers or part of them but the way he posted info here portrays everything.
- Rush to bitcointalk and register
- Post on different boards about Bybit
- Ignore questions and the go offline

This doesn't give any confidence at all to someone planning to use the service

I was also looking for a Bitmex alternative but Bybit seems not to be legit, just like PrimeXBT. Many bad reviews around the internet; no vouches by established members here from bitcointalk.

The only legit competitor i found is Deribit (https://www.deribit.com/).
The platform is easy to use; the main difference to Bitmex is that you can't use isolated margin but only cross (for me that's fine though).

I took the screenshot before you guys blocked the guy:

So you started to scam your own shillers after using them up?

And on twitter a guy says you are using your system to forcefully close users' profitable positions:

And this system of yours seems to affect more than one users already:

Lastly, how do you respond to this comment regarding why you hide your country of origin?

Hope you don't mind clarifying? The global crypto community is demanding some explanations
