Because Fedora is not a mining system and no one has checked for errors in this system. I would try other miners and manual commands:

These are not mining rigs, they are 2 standalone PCs.  Still doesn't explain why bzminer can control the memory clocks on a 3080Ti but not the 3090.

I have not used Fedora for mining and have not used Windows for a long time, but I can suggest you try Hive OS. There is a very convenient interface for setting the core frequency, memory frequency and power limit. It is also convenient to change the miner very quickly in order to compare the hashrate and check for errors on the selected miner.

I'm using Fedora 37 and with my EVGA 3080Ti XC3, I was able to use bzminer to adjust clocks and power limits.

However, I have another machine with a EVGA 3090 FTW3 and I can't get bzminer to adjust the lock memory clock.  Power limit works, not sure if the lock core clock worked or not (lower than specified in the setting, but it could be because the memory is still at the stock 9751 MHz).

Thinking it may be a Linux thing, I booted into Windows 11, and same thing.  So does bzminer have a problem with OC settings with 3090s?

PS: In all instances, I ran with sudo (Linux) and admin (Win).

You need videos in action mate, use the miner yourself and video it in action then share link on here and YouTube too, nowadays people don't want to use new mining softwares because they are easily plastered as trojan or malware

BZMiner is on par with common ETH miners in testing on default settings with similar hashrates and slightly lower power use.

It contains many settings to maximize hashrate for advanced users.

One of the key features is the ability to decrease stales through cpu thrashing which uses the cpu to stream solutions to the pool.

It also includes stales_ok (useful if your focus is on max hashrate and you pool pays for stales) and ramp up features. BZMiner comes with a GUI to remotely manage all instances on your network.

There is a basic and advanced explanation file depending on how much you'd like to maximize your mining.
