Looks just like Bittrex (design wise regardless of the code). Looks like they tried to make Bittrex v2. Going for that #1 spot
I've said it before: from the screenshots it looks like their new site is Bootstrap based. So the similarity to Bittrex (which is also Bootstrap based) should not come as a huge surprise.
Disclaimer: This is only judging from the screenshots; we can't be sure what it's based on until we see a live site.

C-CEX might be the new up and coming alternative exchange compared to Bittrex, Cryptsy & Poloniex.
The new proposed look, IMO looks bloody awesome and sleek, black and white backgrounds both look good

When new interface will be pushed to public ?
Currently we are going through a very rigorous debugging/testing phase while I cannot give an exact time we are pushing hard for early December as a goal.

This looks like Bittrex.
Every dev around here copy pastes their coins, might as well see it from the exchanges now too.
The screenshots seem to indicate that their new site is built on Bootstrap (can't tell for sure until we see a live site). As such, it's no surprise that it looks similar to Bittrex (which is also built on bootstrap). Either way, from what they've shown here, it seems like a great step forward for them.

Looking good, with this upgrade CCex may well be able to overtake Poloniex and challenge Bittrex (in time). Looking forward to you guys sharing your other/new plans.

the thorough testing we are doing right now. C-CEX will be integrating both Coinssource verification and CryptoAsian's PoD to make it easier for crypto traders
to evaluate their investments, among numerous other changes we felt it was necessary to give our exchange a "cleaner" look.
I wanted to give everyone a quick teaser of the upcoming changes (please note this is only a sample of changes coming) to look forward to.
