Topic: C-CEX transaction not confirmed? (Read 866 times)
Searching for a similar thread as I just made a 0.58btc transaction. Block explorer shows 9 confirmations but still the amount is not reflected in my ccex address. I've sent a ticket to support. Glad I found this one and feel a bit of a relief after reading good reviews. Now anticipating positive response.

I deposited some BTC on C-CEX. The transaction has been confirmed by over 4 times on Blockchain, but the website still shows 0/2 confirmations. Does anyone else here know what's going on with it?

EDIT: Everything is fine. My pending transaction has been confirmed after I sent a support ticket. It was a very fast response (they replied in a matter of a few minutes). Reading some reviews while waiting for the confirmation was a tough time - I thought my money is gone, lol. Thanks for the support!

So what's the point of keeping this thread alive while your problem has been solved? If you face a problem on any bitcoin sites, it is always better if you ask their support directly instead of creating a thread like this. You can create a thread if you have contacted their support but you get no repliea after some hours/days.
Lock the thread ASAP.
I thought that you're still having a problem with c-cex. Good for you if you're problem are fixed now that's why I really like to trade on their site because of fast response on support.
Yes their support is great and they can be trusted, i have also used them many times before. If problem is solved than you better just lock this thread for now.
