the Iframe idea doesn't sound good to me to be honest.

and if you want to implement such system why don't you use another exchange service which allows withdrawal through their API? poloniex and bittrex are offering this as far as i know.

also you can always ask C-cex support yourself to see if they are willing to add this feature to their API.
here is their topic: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/c-cexcom-trusted-secure-friendly-exchange-since-2013-200-altsusdlow-fees-418700

I think you can do this using their API as c-cex also provide api access but you have to build script for this from scratch by yourself or you have to hire someone who have enough experience on working with api.

I can make anything from scratch as long as I know what I'm looking at. If I knew the address to the coin transfer, amount and button within C-Cex balance and implement that I could write a php or jquery script around it on my site.

C-Cex API does not allow you to withdraw, it doesn't have that option.
you can check it out here: https://c-cex.com/?id=api

i must say what you want is not such a good idea, and it is not safe either. it is best if you use your own wallet and do the withdrawals that way. using an exchange like this to pay your customer can cause a lot of trouble, for example a couple of days ago they had a 30+ hour long maintenance for their bitcoin wallet which means no withdrawal for your customers!
or their site may go down for maintenance, and a lot of other trouble.

The advantages out way the disadvantages. C-Cex has a lot of different coins my customers can use on my site. I didn't know about the down times you are talking about but I could always use a disclaimer telling my customers to expect payment within 24 to 48 hours.

If C-Cex API does not allow withdraws could there be a possible hack around? Like some how creating a hidden form on my customer cash out page that would log onto my C-Cex account and auto fill my customers withdraw info such as address and amount then send payments after everything has been verified with another script without ever having the customer know what just happen on the back end?

Was thinking about making a hidden Iframe to do what I stated above but I'm afraid customers may receive a C-Cex cookie or something that could be a security risk to me that someone happens to find my C-Cex login info.

Not sure if I'm making sense.

I need it so that a customer can withdraw his coins on my website.

The customer fills out his address that he/she wants the fund to go to. Customer then clicks withdraw funds button.

Back end:

The script would look at how much the customer wants withdrawn then does a withdraw of that amount out of my c-cex address and sends the funds to the customers wallet address.

Is there anything like that out there I can use with my php script?
