The signs don't look good either, from where I'm standing. I have an account with them, just never used it, and I can tell you now that they've been spamming my email for the past few weeks with all sorts of really shady offers, which generally suggests that they're desperate to get people to deposit more funds, probably so that they can pay off pending withdrawals.

Can't remember the exact offers as I deleted them all, but stuff like 1% bonus on deposits or even higher if you deposit more. Red flags every time I get those type of "please deposit with us and enjoy free money".

Sad state of affairs, sadder that we're getting used to it.

Its unfortunate that a site like C-cex with so much respect that it has been able to garner in the crypto space over the years that they have been operating could turn out to be something like this. Reading the recent messages on their ANN thread has not been encouraging that everything seems to point to an exit scam strategy what made it worse was the three months vacation saga and the selective honouring of obligations that I see happening over there.

All points to one direction, if you have used a service in the past, before you trust them again, ensure you do your verification to be sure that the level of professionalism and credibility you left them with is still being maintained or else you get to blame yourself for not taking the extra care and by that time, it becomes too late.

Tbh, them having a vacation plus not allowing deposits and withdrawal for 3 months is quite suspicious, users should have left c-cex too for that span of time, but it's too late now.

I have the same issue when I tried to log into my old account, fortunately, I don't have any funds there anymore. Since the support page shows that the queue is full (idk if it really is or that's their way to avoid more tickets from the users), send an email to:

Take note: I'm not sure if it would help, but you can try. That's the only email address they use before in sending news, withdrawal confirmation link, and Failed log in attempts to me (C-CEX.com support as Sender).

I m not able to login to c-cex.com.

1) It says "User not found or account disabled"

2) even forget password link does not work . Password reset email doesn't send any email"

3) support ticket says : "Our support ticket queue is full. Please, come back in few hours." before they were on vacation for long.

There is no other support email of communicating them. Can anyone put some light on it. are these guys fraud ? Thanks
