Unfortunately I don't understand about bitcointalk account banning! is this means you can't handle your account or you can't login your account? I am here for know about this. unfortunately I can't provide any information about this situation!

Firstly it is not allowed here what creating new account for ban appeal.
Second, I don't think admins read that email. I didn't hear any ban appeal considered.
Third, if you want to do sometihng right, you should this topic to "meta" section. I think admins will read it in there.
And last, %99 this topic will be deleted because of rules.
Hope you find a solution.
In my opinion, this post is misplaced it is better to move it to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0 because in this sub forum only for altcoin discussion, and I was sad to hear this case because the account was banned due to an error made by another member
