It would be an erroneous step to start an ICO project outside the goals of such a large organization. As a result, this is not the intention of the foundation and it is also a source of income. So by starting an ICO project, collecting new resources can be a negative outcome for this organization. I think that it should not be invested in my personal opinion, because it may be a project that investors will be sorry for.

It would be hard on their part to really gain in promoting such ICO given that they have already created for themselves a negative impression. People will have fear in dealing with them so I think they might just fail if they could not provide a better idea of what their aims are for establishing the ICO.

It is also tried to promote Dragon Coin associated with a Macau gangster. The company tried a variety of technologies including blockchain.
