The owners have to start their campaigns themselves as I am looking that the manager who own the business are more polite with their participants and the members of this site as they do not want to disappoint any of the member. They want everyone to be happy with them and their service while the managers do not care for the business and manage like lords. They even do not know that their harsh behavior can ruin the business of the owners.
But you need to view from owner's perspective. Will they manage their business or will they spend time to run a campaign for their business ?

A task will be done effectively if it is given to specialised people. There would be many exceptions, but I do not see any advantages when a owner himself running a campaign for his business other than saving some fees without spending for a campaign manager.

they can keep a person from their own organization for that task at least the member of that company will want to grow the business and will like to enhance the promotion and for this task they will be polite to the members of this forum and will take care of every person of this community as they will know that they are providing the business to these people and if the company will be harsh to them then they will start to hate them.

SFR was really good campaign manager, I have experience in his 2 campaign, really sad news that he is leaving position of manager.

Also I want to be a campaign manager, I was in 4 high paying signature campaign, I don't have +1 in trust but I amn't person who lies. If the author of this threads wants, I can be a manager of his campaign after he tells me paying rates and rules of campaign.

If you give me a chanse, I will do my best and will be as great manager as avirunes, sfr10 and etc are.

Anyone could be  a signature  campaign manager  but  it really depends  on the owner  of a site  on which  he would  choose, for sure you would really have a  hard time of being selected because   most  people would  definitely choose the  most reputable managers  out there.  Theres nothing  impossible though you just need   to  make  your account  being a reputable  one  in able   to be considered as  a campaign manager.
That is why OP is looking for a person that will be qualified to run the campaign, and if I were the OP I would hire a campaign manager with a good track record because I want to make sure that the campaign that I spend money will be successful, and as they said, yahooo is the best manager to manage any campaign.

When you two say it there, we also must say that no one was born as a campaign manager or reputable person on bitcointalk forum. We need to give a chance which isn't easy but also we can smally define person with his posts, I repeat smally. Also how to become reputable person here? When you want to buy or sell something, if they didn't see green + under your profile, everyone says that you are out of trust and no one wants to trade with you. I read many threads and comments are same, as I wrote previous. I really agree you that I can't trust someone blindly but if anyone wants, I will be free campaign manager for trial time, it's my wish here.

PS this shit rank don't means also reputable because everyone can to wait for some months to take senior or hero rank, remember this.

Thank you for mentioning me but I no longer accept any kind of campaign management jobs since last month.
I've explained it here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.16237138

I guess spammers will be happy to see this news. I remembered way back there was a complaint that you only accept accounts that has at least one house interval of posting, that was funny. Anyway good luck to you SFR.

1 hour interval? I think thats insane one, but i think sfr wants to eliminate those spam on these furom so it wouldn't create more nonsense post and shitless spam in this furom, but really i think those people who get denied nor proven spammers hates nor be happy for this announcement since they cannot see some strict manager anymore, So i would suggest that yahoo would step up for this kind of job since he is a great selection also for managing some campaigns.

Thats a sad news to be heard since you've got some great reputation here upon managing some campaigns, but anyways goodluck for your work venture, hope to see you running some campaign again when work sched will not complicates to each other, but one thing i am really sure here many new campaign managers here are yet keep looking at your style to make their basis upon running their sig campaigns.

Just don't close some doors of oppurtunity when sched is not so bz.
