Other managers that could be added in the list are LoyceV, Lauda, Lutpin and Wapinter. I haven't dug through their past managed campaigns yet but i'll try to find something and update this post Even if the other managers doesn't manage a campaign recently it's still helps to know what are their usual rules.

Edit :

LoyceV

Doesn't have minimum amount of post

There is no minimum number of posts, but if your account becomes inactive, you might be removed.

No minimum characters

There is no minimum length to make a post constructive, but you can expect scrutiny. If you can post a constructive post in 12 words, you don't need to make it longer.

They mostly manage altcoin bounties, and Sylon is no longer that active. I think OP only wants to discuss managers who manage BTC sig campaign.
Exactly, it is my purpose. I only want to collect perspective of managers whom only or mostly manage BTC-paid signature campaigns. Bounties or signature campaigns paid through altcoins or tokens are beyond the thread's objectives.

I accept it, but personal assassination is one of the worst thing to do, IMO.

Noone gets tagged for having an alt account. Tags come into play when users enroll their alt accounts in the same campaign. Essentially cheating a signature campaign, twitter,  and sometimes bounty campaigns.

You also have to read the rules of a campaign. Most bounties may not care if you use multiple accounts. Long as the rules say it's ok, you should be good to go.

It's totally legal to have alt accounts, even some staff have alt accounts. Just don't abuse the system with them. Don't start conversations back and forth in a thread between your accounts. Don't merit your accounts.

My friend, you might want to add this screenshot as well in your quote as a result: what happens when someone if someone abuse the system with his alts.

That's not what I meant.
I joined one of his campaigns before and I think he chose my application because my post history does not contain bounty reports. That's what I meant with "he prefers those who do not join multiple bounty campaigns/bounty spammers".
I don't think there are readers whom can exactly get what you want to express in Red-part, honestly.
The fact is bounty reports (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), somehow disclose general post quality of a specific user. If one user have such reports posted dominantly in his or her post history, it means his or her posts have low quality, and almost has zero contributions to the forum.

It will only be fair if you add DarkStar_ because he has been running one of the longest running signature campaigns on this forum and he has been doing a flawless job for years.  Grin
Thanks for your compliments, and I will try to dig DarkStar_ posts in his campaign topics to add more.

I don't know what you mean, there is no manager accepts participants whom change between campaigns within a week to cheat as many campaigns as possible. So. ognasty is not an exception.

I think Og Nasty has a different way of screening all applicants in signature campaigns he manages. From what I observed, he prefers those who do not join multiple bounty campaigns/bounty spammers.

@OP,
Can you please take the pain to add us, the DarkStar_ans (or DarkStarians) in your list here? Cheesy
Sure, I will do it within next few hours (there is already a section for DarkStar_'s post in the OP). Once again, thank you for all posts of DarkStar_ you have collected so far.

Thank you for the information of both of these campaign managers, because it is important that people get a feel for how these managers wants their campaigns to run. Some campaign managers are ruthless and they tolerate no nonsense and I have been in campaigns under these two managers and they are very fair with the way they judge people and their posts.  Wink

Thank you. I know about DarkStar and ChipMixer campaign - that is the best campaign in the forum. But, I need more time to search DarkStar's posts because I don't really follow this manager. Grin

There's one more thing DarkStar_ is best at:

Rules:

1. We will pay a maximum of 50 posts every week. Posts will not be rolled over, and there is no minimum number of posts.

^ That's from Chipmixer and I believe DarkStar_ too didn't ask people to make more than 10 minimum posts in most of their managed campaigns if I'm not wrong (Roobet was another example).

This shows that DarkStar_ is strongly against SPAM (this doesn't mean I'm trying to degrade other managers but as I'm talking about DarkStar_). He doesn't really force you to put a lot of efforts to remain in the campaign and post based on your own convenience and I'm a fan of that.

Exactly! I remembered that @julerz12 ask for maximum 4 posts per week, but earlier today, I don't have time to search, but I will do it later, in minutes to come.
I believe that julerz12 deserved to be added here as I find her/him one of the most promising managers in Bitcointalk also since his/her attentiveness in every inquiries is indeed to be accounted

Edit: Hhampuz minimum post depends on the campaign, Livecoin minimum is 10, while 777 coin and Bitvest is 15. Yahoo is consistent with his 25 minimum post.

There is also exceptions on local boards:

Together with Cloudbet I'm launching this Campaign that will focus on local board posters, specifically in the Philippines, Indian, Russian & French ones. If you frequent these boards we want to hire you for this 4-week trial Campaign!
Thank you for some helpful posts.
There are some points at which you are wrong. @yahoo62278 let companies decide what they want for their campaigns. I will leave his official post for you later.
@Hhampuz, from what I've known so far, Cloudbet is likely one of very limited campaigns that he accepts posts in local boards. That likely comes from Cloudbet's demands (I guess).

You forgot to add DarkStar_ for allowing trustworthy users to their campaign when applied even if the campaign is full:

Note: If the campaign is full, but you are a very trusted member of the community, feel free to apply. I recommend PMing me to get a faster response. Please explicitly state that you are applying for an exception. Simply being DT1 is not enough.

And recently, we've had a great (but not really a) contest running on our campaign thread I'd like to fetch some points out of:

It all started here:

Let's run a contest: Most creative way to respond to someone applying when the campaign is full  Tongue

And then this:

Hope I'm allowed here. You guys are chill as fuck.

As far as removing participants:

Users not posting a min of 25 posts per week for 2 consecutive weeks will be removed
If you receive neg trust while enrolled you receive no pay and will be removed
If youre placed on SMAS blacklist during your time enrolled you will not be paid

*Make a minimum of xx constructive posts each week that you participate. Failure to meet this requirement could lead to your termination from the campaign without notice.
*Do not have any legitimate negative feedback from any DT member. Receiving negative feedback during your stay could lead to your termination from the campaign without payment or notice.

Back to the main topic,Yahoo And Hhampuz has almost same manhunt style from counting the Post Counts for the week we made, and not basing on the post counts of our accounts.

So for this I salute these managers and will always looking for their upcoming projects to be handled.

And also I’m proud to be Handled by Hhampuz for more than 5 months now.

Each managers have their own perspective to judge post quality, when they take application posts into consideration or not, and more things. Understandings more about managers perspective will help you don't make non-sense applications, when campaigns are on hold, finished, or full / CFNP - Closed for new participants, etc.

I collected some main posts of the most famous managers in the campaign, @Hhampuz and @yahoo62278. There are more managers, but for now I focus on them, and might expand my list to more managers in coming weeks.

If you know which statements of those managers that I don't list in the topic, please leave a post below. I will consider your suggested posts later, and might (or might not) add them into OP.

Hhampuz

Bitcointalk.org is the only channel in which Hhampuz announces his campaigns
I do not have any website or telegram chat where I announce my campaigns, once I have one up I just post the thread here and give it 12-24 hours before I start accepting people (It's not first comes first served).

No joke statements in campaigns
When it comes to my work as a Campaign manager I would never joke about stuff like this, so if you believe that is the case I am sorry.

Mosts of campaigns managed by Hhampuz don't count posts in local boards
I tried not to accept anyone in this campaign that was a frequent poster in any local boards.

I understand that but the only issue is that I only speak English, Swedish and a little bit of Spanish so local posts made in all other boards I've no idea if they are good or not.

There are very little exceptions:
Together with Cloudbet I'm launching this Campaign that will focus on local board posters, specifically in the Philippines, Indian, Russian & French ones. If you frequent these boards we want to hire you for this 4-week trial Campaign!

How posts counted per week ?
The start/end post count doesn't matter, it is only there to give me an idea of how many pages I need to search for and to spot easy errors (if you have the same this week as you did last week you were probably inactive). Sometimes peoples posts are removed, either for being off-topic or if a thread got deleted so it can always vary.

I always count everyones posts, what I put in start/end never matters

Reserved applications are nonsense
I do not like signature hopping within my campaigns so if you are part of one of my other Campaigns I'm less likely to accept you in here. Remember the rules of all of my campaigns too, if you change your signature/avatar during a week you'll be removed.

Segwit address to receive payments (in most of campaigns managed by Hhampuz)
*You need to use a SegWit ("3" prefix or bech32) address to receive your payment in this campaign. Legacy addresses won't be entertained.

Participants can make beforehand contacts with manager if they have problems to meet campaign requriments due to personal issues
feel free to shoot me a message if you encounter any issues during the week, it's always better if you let me know beforehand.

Feel free to contact manager if your postcounts are wrong
Sorry if I sound harsh but I'm not an impossible guy, I try to set an example as a Campaign Manager and actually take care of my participants and all I ask in return is that you let me know what's going on. If you tell me that you won't be able to hit the quota for 1-2 weeks then that is fine, I'll hold your spot and we'll work it out but if you do not tell me I can't help out.

Remember that if you find any issues with your post count or payment you can always send me a PM and we'll figure it out. Rather than clogging up this thread with it I'd prefer if you messaged me directly.

Everyone has been paid now and in case you have not, please send me a PM and we'll figure it out Smiley.

If your applications rejected, please don't reapply within same week
If you've already applied, please do not re-apply. You are still under consideration and might be added soon.

Keep your eyes out on campaign threads to see open slots each week, then make applications
Keep an eye out here every week to see if any new positions have opened up.

Don't post burst
I will not tolerate post bursting. I think I've been fair to you guys in running this campaign and I would expect you to show me the same respect. Not posting anything for 5-6 days and then making 20-40 posts in the 1-2 days before payments are being sent out won't be tolerated. As of this post I want to see posts being spread out over the week and if you feel like you don't have the time then you should step aside and let someone else fill the spot, I can assure you that there are people out here that are hungry and would follow every rule that could take your position.

1) Max post/week does not mean that you NEED or HAVE to hit this number. If you naturally make 20 posts per week that is fine, I've accepted you for a reason and it is not to spam. If you find yourself a few posts short from hitting the max and decide to make a bunch of low effort posts just for the sake of it, it just makes your overall week look bad and leaves a bad taste.

I've not been too hard about this but from here on out I will be. There's too many of you that are making exactly 35 posts per week and more often than not 10-15 of them are low effort and borderline spam. I do not appreciate this. I get paid a % on this campaign which means the more you post, the more I get paid but I will not stand for nonsense posts or spam since that not only gives BestMixer a bad rep but it also gives me as a manager a bad rep. I am completely fine with having people in here that only make 15 posts/week, as long as they are constructive and natural.

2) Post bursting has to stop! There's quite a lot of you guys that are inactive for 3-4 or even 5 days after the previous week has ended and then you think it is a good idea to "fill the gap" and make 35 posts in 2 days where most of them seem to be either pre-written or add nothing of value to this forum, the specific thread or the overall look of your posting quality. This has to stop and again, going back to the first part, if you are short of time you should not try and get back lost time by spamming. I notice these things, they are very transparent and not appreciated.

Just felt I had to give you guys my thoughts since I will not stand for spam, you are getting paid to post but that does not mean you have to go for the maximum amount each and every time. Post naturally and always try to be useful (we have a bunch of members pushing out 50-100 posts/week due to projects, hobbies etc.).

Negative trusted users can be accepted in bounties and campaigns case by case
Since most bounty activity in a bounty I manage is done OFF the forum I allow users with neg rep to join. Nothing they do is supposed to be done on the forum period. They fill out a google form for all their work. (not managing any bounties currently) I also do not allow a bounty company to run a signature campaign for tokens.

Now as far as btc paying campaigns go, this will be handled on a case by case basis. It's not hard to look at a users trust and see what they have been tagged for. So, depending on the reasoning, users with neg rep will possibly have a chance to join campaigns. (Kinda gonna be a longshot due to what happened when Hhampuz allowed QS to join a campaign and look at the DRAMA that ensued.)

How to apply ?
Priorities
Pay no attention to this. There are limited slots per rank and i'm skimming all the applicants and piking and choosing. This is not a 1st come 1st serve campaign. Users with lots of earned merits, reputable members, or users that are helping bust scammers will receive priority.

Pay atention on open slots, slots per ranks, and don't send PM after applying[/b]
Only apply when open slots opened up
Looks like a member slot has now opened, I will look at applications from this point on.

I normally announce when slots are open and look at applications past that announcement. Anyone applying in between is free to do so, but great odds their application is never seen.

You are correct I usually wait til I announce a spot to accept applications.

If i make a post saying that there are x amount of spots left and you have applied for the campaign prior to my post and were not added to the campaign, then that means I am not putting you in the campaign.

That does not mean PM me, It's not a perhaps I missed your application, or can I reconsider. It means your post history was trash. It means I took a look at your profile, seen 1 of many things that I didn't like, and I passed on adding you period.

Have some damn class and move on please, don't make yourself look foolish in this thread. The only exceptions are some of you applied and your rank was full already. Those users can make a reapply post offering to take a lower paying slot, otherwise move on folks.

Don't ask when payments will be sent out
Today is saturday. When payment will be send?
Pay is sent when I send it. We are not all on the same time zone. If the wait is too much for you, join another campaign.

Don't meet campaign requirements for two consecutive weeks, participants will be removed
Users not posting a min of 25 posts per week for 2 consecutive weeks will be removed
If you receive neg trust while enrolled you receive no pay and will be removed
If youre placed on SMAS blacklist during your time enrolled you will not be paid

Participants whom join and leave campaigns will be in low positions in queue
You left once, I don't really support users bouncing back and forth from campaign to campaign sorry

You need to find a campaign and stick to it. I allowed you to join Windice campaign and see you applying for all other campaigns that pop up if they pay a micro amount more. I understand that you may be using this forum for your income source but pissing off every manager out there is going to hurt you in the longrun. Join a campaign and support it til its over is my advice.

Requirements on avatar and signature updates when apply
If a user is in a campaign already then I understand why they would not want to change signatures without being accepted, but if not in a campaign or not accepted into a campaign you applied for then put the sig on.

Negative trust
With all the recent changes to the Default Trust system there will be some users who may notice negative trust. If that's the case and you are in this campaign, you have til I grade the campaign this week to address the issue with the member who tagged you and clear up your neg reputation. If I grade the campaign and you have the neg rep you will be removed.

Post quality
Actually they are not inside rules. Take a look at this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/signature-campaign-guidelines-read-this-before-starting-or-joining-a-campaign-1684035

You should only start a campaign if you have someone willing to keep a very close eye on your participants posts. If you do not then a signature campaign is not for you.

• Do not just automatically accept any user that signs up to your campaign. Check their posts first. If they're all short sentences or unsubstantial or in very poor English then they're likely not going to change their habits. If every campaign only accepts and pays for users who have made fairly constructive posts then this will instantly clean up the forum as any poor posters will have to improve if they want to earn anything from a campaign.

Who is able to participate in the bounty I leave up to the company to decide. If they want newbies, i'll inform them of the possible dangers, then let them decide.
