To pile on I did a request almost a month ago via postal money order

I sent a ticket in 2 weeks ago and they said it was some "logistics issue " and i would have it in 10 days

 another two weeks go by and NOTHING.

Hi,

I am VERY disappointed in CampBX...

I've been using CampBX for a couple of months previously without any issues till recently...

On 10/13, I requested a funds transfer for ~$170 to my bank.  The transfer never occurred, so I opened a Ticket on 10/15 for someone to look into it, since there is no phone number to call.  What kind of business operates in the US without a phone number?  I've replied numerous times (4) to the Ticket system, but NO ONE has even replied to the ticket!  I've even updated the severity to CRITICAL and heard nothing!  And since there is no phone number, how do I get someone to looked into this issue?

Is anyone else having these issues with CampBX?  Does anyone have an ACTUAL phone number to CampBX so I can talk to a human about this?

Very unhappy customer!!!!
