I hope it all gets sorted out. I'd be very nervous sending money orders in the mail -- and snail mail is the worst! I stick to P2P (cash in hand or teller deposit), unless it's a total non-option.

As long as you don't leave the "Pay to" field blank, you don't have anything to worry about.

Sent my first USPS money order to CampBX via Priority Mail at 4pm on the 16th (Wed).  It was credited today at 9am.  This is actually slightly faster than how long it took to transfer money from my bank to Dwolla.  Usually that process took 3-4 business days to complete (depending on what time of the day I initiated the transfer).

The problem is when you try to push money from Dwolla to CBX, there is no repository information for your CBX account.
Though Dwolla lets you go ahead and push the money forward.

Pulling funds from Dwolla from your CBX account is almost instantaneous.

I have a couple hundred dollars unacounted for because of this Dwolla send. NOt heard from anyone regarding this issue.

Virtually impossible to reach via phone, no ticket response for over a week.

Beware of CBX, I have seen lots of horror stories of late on this forum.

Same here. I've made many transfers back and forth between Dwolla and CampBX, often at Dwolla's 5k transaction limit. They have all been instant in either direction.

It has been almost 20 days since I sent a $2,000 Dwolla transfer that they have not credited my account.

I have funded my CampBX account using Dwolla 7-8 times now and it's always processed instantly (usually $1K amounts).  Are you talking about transferring money from your bank to Dwolla?  Once your money is in your Dwolla account, I don't understand how it could take 20 days to fund your CampBX account.

CampBX credited my account a few hours after posting here, thankfully. They need to up their customer service and honor processing times for such a volatile instrument, that I personally use/need in time sensitive scenarios. They took forever to KYC verify me (like 6 weeks) and they say it takes 5 business days. They claim that money orders are the fastest way to credit USD at CampBX and that it takes 2 business days to appear in your account. This is not always the case from my experience... Overall, though they are a decent exchange, just need to process people's funds ASAP to keep customers like me happy.

I sent them four money orders totaling almost four grand last Thursday, and they have yet to credit my account when they said via a support ticket it would be on Saturday. I have sent about seven more support tickets that have just been ignored. Are they running off with my money? These types of situations don't really lend themselves to further business. My username is "basisp" on CampBX if anyone that works there sees this and wants to help me out funding my account that they should've days ago; Some kind of update would be great. Anyone else experience really long delays with CampBX, are they trustworthy?

I recall reading a similar post here and it turned out that sender forgot to write his account number on the money orders. I believe it was eventually resolved even in that case.
