The only way to contact them is through their support site. This would be fine except that there is something wrong with the form.
It's a hosted solution from Kayako and not really anything custom.
Nevertheless I cannot submit a support ticket. Every time I do , it kicks back saying that a required field is missing. All the fields are filled out and all the data in those fields is correct. If anyone from CampBX can see this, please take a closer look at your support site and/or provide an alternative method of contacting support.
