Well, if not TOR, then VPN.
It's very easy on the internet. I have nothing against you, but having different IP addresses cannot serve as proof. There are thousands of VPNs with a permanent address, which completely changes all data about the system. Location, time, language, and more.
In general, any evidence of different personalities, including KYC, can be questioned. A big argument will be the difference in the style of writing, as you say that accounts are written from different languages.

Having different IP's can come down to one (or both) using a Tor to mask your IPs.
Wouldn't it be noticed in that case that we are using Tor? I don't use it.

Moderators have access to longer data for your log in IPs, especially admins. I think without much research, anyone will figure out that we are not alts. He writes in a Bangladeshi thread, and it is clear that we have completely different posting style.
