Since only the most recent entry will be accepted, older entries/posts must be deleted.

Thank you.

We don't know how this rule applies to games and rounds where the entry of participants' bet ID is different in each post.
You must change the terms of your contest so they comply with the rules of the forum, not the other way around.

can we get a heads up from the moderator who's responsible for moderating that section of the forum if they deleted the participant's post.

The Moderators there are if you scroll down the page " Moderators: Cyrus, hilariousandco " or if you can read on Top ,
Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Gambling > Games and rounds (Moderators: Cyrus, hilariousandco) > 1xBit.com Sports/Esports Contest [3 winners - 4.5 mBTC in prize] [LIVE]
But its possible that also a other Global Moderator deleted it as it got reported i guess , Rules are Rules and they count on that board also.

The poster himself said that it was deleted because it was a double-post.

Double-posting is generally not allowed except under special circumstances (games and rounds is not one of them).

It should not be a problem because as I can see, your rules already accommodate for this ("if you post multiple entries only the last one will count").

12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting topics in the local language boards if they're translated and re-posting marketplace topics in the altcoin boards if altcoins are accepted).

Greetings forum,

We're running our contest on the forum and recently came across a case where one of our participants claims that their post has been deleted by a forum staff moderator and not by them.

We want to know is there any way for us to validate their claims?

Reference post by the participant: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.59147345

Some rules that were followed at the time of the contest.

Terms & Conditions

1. Max 3 winners.
2. Only 1 entry per post, If you've posted multiple entries, only the last one will count.
3. Editing the post will lead to disqualification from the contest.

We think it could be in the grey line area and our intention is to verify this before announcing the winners of the contest.

Regards,
1xBit.
