You don't need bitcoin.conf if you are using an API.
See https://inputs.io/api and https://inputs.io/button
I don't think you should be running a gambling site on 000freehost however.

Is it a real host or just a webhost (do you have access to a commandline on that server?)

Well, you won't get bitcoind running on there.
Your best bet is to use a wallet with an API, so pretty much either http://inputs.io or http://blockchain.info
