ICOs having small cap with an experienced team seem legit to me. All big ICOs can't even justify why do they require so much money ? So I am trying to create a checklist of all factors which can help decide whether to invest in ICO or not
.

1. small cap
2. experienced team

you guys can help me and we can have a discussion.

I am curious, can you please define "small" cap?

Its a subjective term. Depends on the business plan. You need to question yourself, that for executing that kind of idea, do they really require the amount of money they are asking for Huh
