Just don't bother with these video, there is nothing to understand. It's obviously another attempt of scam so I hope no one will fall for that. I know that people are willing to try anything they think it can help them getting any kind of profit on any way but this is just a trap for naive users, so just stay away from it.

It's just a video  Grin

Someone might be using it to scam others. They must have tried using the Youtube platform and must have failed miserably. There is not even decent views on both the videos. It is better to ignore such videos where they claim something impossible.

This makes me think of the old joke that I love to tell, namely :

Old Guy : I remember a time when I went to the shops and I bought 7 x bottles of Coca-Cola and 9 x chocolate bars and 3 x packets of chips for $1

Young Guy : Damn, inflation sucks!

Old Guy : Nah, it is not inflation... the problem is there is CCTV everywhere these days.  Grin Grin Grin Grin

So, yea.... my answer to you is simple... using these devices in a Brick n Mortar casino would be crazy... there are CCTV everywhere.  Grin Grin Grin

http://www.markedcardsfactory.com/ isnt even running yet.

Checking out the video and it do shows about that shoe predictor. As said if these things do actually work then it wont be publicly shown.
Also comments are disabled on the said video which always been a typical stuff for a scam.

it doesn't show or explain much , the comments are disabled
the domain in the description is down and the site was created using Wix ( like , really ... a free site constructor )
all you could see from the video that the cards drawn from the shoe appeared the same as the ones on the table
in any case , do not bother with this , it is most likely a fail attempt to sell not working "miracle" BJ shoes that draw any card you want
this is a scam 99.99% , but I don't even see how could you be defrauded with this ( as a gambler ), maybe if some shady Live casinos use this sort of thing

If this device worked, it would not need advertising and would spread in ways that were hidden to people. The device’s demonstration of work would be carried out at the time of purchase, or the video would be sent by access via the link. And here we see an obvious scam with closed comments.

Here are a few tips

1) Any type of Youtube video that is trying to sell you something and has comments disabled, is always a scam. Many of the dice scripts bots youtube video tutorials were all like that. They all turned out to be scams just to steal your BTC.

2) Any company that is located in an area like Russia or other areas like Nigeria which promote tons of fraud, is usually a scam. You will send money to that county and most likely never get it back.

3) If this device actually worked. Why sell it in the first place for pennies on the dollar? Why not use it yourself and become a billionaire.

Youtube really needs to remove these types of videos.

These 2 short videos I believe are about a company that sells RFID Blackjack and Baccarat readers and devices that allow the dealer to pull whatever value card that they want and it will appear as such coming out the shoe. Is this is what they are using on LIVE BJ??? IF SO, THIS IS THE SCAM OF THE CENTURY!!!
