Honestly, you can not trust ICO rating sites today. Back in the day, these ICO sites are more "Honest" than what they are portraying today. Maybe Bear Market forces these sites to a desperate state or I don't know but anyway, Doing Your Own Research is the best thing to do as of today. Maybe some day, some site will emerge and turn down Fraudulent and SCAM Platforms whatever the payment is, and rate LEGIT ICOs even if they pay only a small amount or they don't pay at all.
