Good, you shouldn't have to wait for someone to ask for a collateral if you know no idiot will deal without tying something up from a new user. OP, normally for loan requests, you need to provide a valid liquid collateral, such as an altcoin.
Due to the number of scams, lenders here won't simply grant one to any Tom, Dick and Harry without some sort of assurance.

If you think about it, what is the possibility that someone will lend that much money to an unknown random person from the internet, you will understand how senseless what you are doing is.
