Surely people don't bother scamming $5 especially on chargeback central 
I quite honestly would not be surprised at all if they are. Seems as if scammers are getting very desperate nowadays

If your purchasing Bitcoin through PayPal, why don't you state the exact amount of paypal funds available? So your not short on your "Big Purchase"?
