There is a lot of unconfirmed transactions in the blockchain right now. if viabtc can't help you, I think, there is nothing else you can do but wait for the mem pool to drop your first transaction with low fees.
Au contraire, you could contact Quickseller or macbook-air who have access to F2Pool and offer a paid service. You might have to pay higher than the transaction fee would have cost you though.

What you need to do at this point is try inputting it to https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ when you're able to. That should help it speed up to go through within a few hours.
Since you didn't read the post, let me explain it for you. The fee is too low for ViaBTC to accept. I'm pretty sure that they're currently accepting fees of 20 satoshi/byte or more.
OP, there isn't a solution. Eventually the mempool will reject your transaction and you'll get it back, or it might get stuck for quite a while.
The current fees are through the roof, actually you'd be lucky to get a transaction through with less than $0.5 dollars. The current recommended fees are 260 satoshi per byte because the network is extremely congested and can't handle the transactions going through it. Bitcoin is mainly practical for big transactions and for decentralisation / control over your own funds as well as a store of value.

I'm rly dumb and i try make a test whit one friend, i send for him wallet just a few cents and pay the same price for the fees, now this transaction is stucked for 2 days and all my other transactions too...
I need pay some peoples for some services, i send the money whit the right fees, but now but 2 days pass and keep unconfirmed all transactions, and i'm sure this is happening for this first low fee transaction :/
