And to OP, finding customer support with an ICO? I guess you should be more specific about what are you looking, numbers of people you need, including the timezones, countries and of course the pay rate too and don't forget to mention if what's the name of your ICO since its done already, more people would want to apply once they know that the project has a great team with a great concept.

If you're okay with Indian accents, then try www.invensis.net. They've got a pretty good track record with tech processes. They regularly deal with clients out of EU / NA. But getting a full on telephonic CS maybe an overkill for an ICO. You'd be better off with Zendesk.

customer support? what would they do? If in case you need community managers to handle group, you can find many of them here but not sure if they will work for post-ICO project or not.
