New bie not allowed ; first you will have to obtain copper membership with the payment of nominal fee to the forum. After that you can apply signatures on your profile .
For this Go to Forum Profile information > Copy Junior Member signature from the ICO campaign page. Paste on the space provided for signature. Also click Change profile.

Signature is currently disabled for newbies. And we are currently unable to wear signatures until we rank up.
Alternatively, you can buy copper membership and you would be able to wear signature and post pictures.
