Nah only dumb will fall on those ponzi.. theres no guarantee that your btc will be doubled in a short period of time but the fact is your btc btc will be gone in an instant if you join on those ponzi.

Yep, the game is to just make money as fast as possible before the owner of the HYIP website runs away.

Are HYIP site, because of its high returns and these high returns are not guaranteed, these sites were treated as a game.
You may wonder, why there is this section of this forum?
will be possible have honest sites in this section of the forum? the answer is yes.
An example.
If someone created in this Section One site that promises a 10% return per week with the following conditions:
- The website owner makes trade and showed evidence that makes trade and where does it make trade and wants to increase its capital therefore need the money of others (in this case, money from the members of this forum)
- Use an escrow that would manage the guarantee fund, if the site does not pay all investors.
These are examples that will be possible to have honest site if have rules on this section

This in a lay man language simply means a game that you will need to commit some funds before you can participate, a likely gamble stuff.

In 99.99% of cases is just ... a scam 
They promise to double your amount in a short period.
My advice is to stay away of this area if you don't want to lose your money.
