Suppose I have 20,000 USD for the promotion of a product. I say to advertisers that whoever gives me a customer get 1 stake of it. At the end of the campaign, I got 10,000 Customers means total 10,000 stakes.
Now, I have to calculate the value of stake using total stakes.
1 Stake = Total amount decided to spend on campaign/Total number of Stakes
e.g. 1 Stake = 20,000/10,000 = 2 USD
Now, I have to pay 2 USD for every stake, if you have 250 I will pay you 500 USD for it.
If we talk about bounty campaigns then USD can be replaced by the token, Customer can be replaced by the post or week. the token amount you get from bounty is decided by how many participants participated in the campaign. If participants are less than you get fewer stakes but more tokens at the end and vice-versa.
These token can be used to replace for BTC when they are listed on an exchange.
