I am assuming that the requirement of a substantial post, and a wait of a few hours is to prevent spam trolling?
I guess that does make sense, but honestly, to a determined troll even a 4 hour wait is hardly a deterrent.
Anyhow, hopefully this will serve for my true newbie post to let me respond in other threads 4 hours from now.
