If it's banned, then there is no way it could be considered any type of property. If your country stands neutral about crypto, then i guess some marriage contracts can include crypto in it, valued by its market value (considering it's rate to actual money ofc) and be in your conjugal property.

Thats Great! I guess this also a knowledge for others who are still confuse. Because the country where I live Bitcoin is not yet fully recognize by the government.
They must.

But I understand that not everyone has that type of mentality that they are willing to follow it. Let's just separate ourselves from those and regaring your country, is it banned there or you are free to use though they don't have anything to say about bitcoin?

Conjugal property?

This depends on the discussion between you and your husband/wife. Are you okay sharing your bitcoin to him/her?

The point is at the start of marriage you tend to share on what you have sort of things like bitcoin.
Just a thought what if you have huge amount of money in bitcoin and only less in real property your partner might go deep into the your bitcoin to get a share.
Its a reality.
That's the reality and there's no debate with it. That's why I'm asking you if you are okay with it? though the law clearly states that you should be okay with it

I'm not yet married but this will be the situation that I'll be facing soon, maybe after a year or two.

As you stated that's the said ok with or not when the law said then you must follow.

Though not it's a matter of being honest about your btc holding or hide it.
That's the law, we can't go under it or do opposite on what it tells.

We have to obey the law so well I'm preparing myself on it already.

you provide a valid argument, this could very well be seen as conjugal property since bitcoin can be traced back to the person.

Not at the moment.  So it seems to me better to divide the crypto-currency assets by mutual consent!

In the revolution of blockchain and cryptocurrency many people now considered working in crypto as their full job and we cant deny the fact the power of it.
We can make bitcoin into real physical currency.

In the present time or in the future can we consider bitcoin a conjugal property?
