How would this be better for bitcoin? A one way signal will mean that some central entity will have to be at the top of the chain, if I'm looking at this the right way.

So wait, maybe i picked this up wrong but the outernet is supposed to be just like the internet but you receive the signal from space and its all read only? As in therres no way of submitting content? If so im not sure how it would benefit bitcoin, or am i picking this up wrong? This is the first ive ever heard of such a thing.

I recently came accross the outernet
(https://outernet.is/)

Can this be used to help with Bitcoin?
Even though it only allows for one ways signals, there may be a way that Bitcoin could be used on it (though that may be quite unlikely)! If it could, then Bitcoin could be spread to the entire population of the world and could boost both its value and the value of economies in poorer areas!
