Maybe yes. You can ask these problem to manager. Usually manager will explain why your token deleted 
If you are right manager will give back your token 
Check on ethereum scan, you can see what token you hold. You can't delete token, just send it to an unknown private key address or a contract that don't handle your token. If you delete it on MEW you can add it again.

what do u mean? Did u delete tokens from your myetherwallet dashboard? If yes, they are still there. Check your eth address at etherscan or at ethplorer. If tokens are shown, u still have them in your portfolio.
