If you are asking about earning through this forum the answer is through bounty and airdrops. You can earn from airdrop posted in this forum but the token you will receive is less since it requires simple task as simple as joining telegram group and filling the form. Sometimes requires following their twitter and fb page.
If you have more free time you can participate in bounty campaign as it will reward you more token. Since your account is still newbie, you can participate in social media campaign such as twitter and facebook. Once you ranked up to Jr. Member which requires minimum 30 activity for at least 4 weeks then you can join for signature campaign. Signature campaign has a high allocated budget normally and less number of participant, therefore you can earn fair reward once the project is succesful.

Try to find out all the basic things about bitcoin and crypto. After that understand how to transact and storage crypto, make your own wallet. After that try to follow some bounty campaign like Social media or telegram to get coins without spending capital. If it is starting to develop and follow other bounty campaign like Blogging, Signature or create an article.

There are so many ways to earn here on the bitcointalk forum "but" because of the newbie you are just sure you will find it hard to join the signature campaigns. There are also twitter and facebook campaigns in the "service section" you can search and apply there just read the thread for details.

Also you can get information on Google on how clock chain works.

Now for the earning there are multiple ways.
You can join signature campaign, bounties. You can get few coins via faucets. You can trade as well.

You didnt even mentioned in what part do you wanna earn,either its for no capital or starting with some amount,since youre a newbie its harder for you to generate income without some amount because youre rank cant join signature campaigns,but if your social medi addict and have a lots of friendsnd followers then you can join twitter and facebook campaigns.

You should post more and be active in the community because if you are, you'll be able to rank up fast. after you rank up fast, join bounties and you can find them in the marketplace section where you should apply. If you are accepted, there are rules to be followed and when the bounty is done, you'll earn rewards (token) then exchange them for fiat in trading sites like etherdelta.

For newbie you have to search a little for campaign that accept newbie accounts ( they are rare to find ) . If you have twitter account you can start earn with it too your BCT rank is not a must thing to earn from you social accounts like Twitter , Facebook , Youtube , Reddit ,..... the list can go on and on it depends od the project and what social media they like to advertise on .
