Never send first to the trader whatever reason they may have, use an escrow for safety. Coins once sent are never retrievable.

Read through some of the other threads. People buy and sell coins here all the time. People will be cautious as you are a brand new account with no reputation at risk. So if you are planning Pay Pal or something else reversible you will probably be out of luck.
