I feel there is a divide, a big divide between cryptocurrencies and Fiat uses of currency. There is a need to bridge the gap, I hope there is a platform one day that supports easy trading.

Not yet, but you soon will be! As we are building a trading platform that will bridge the gap between cryptocurrencies and commodities such as Oil and Gas.  We at New Zone Intertrade FZE have taken our decision of going public in Singapore and are planning to raise funds to create a trading platform with which anyone who have our tokens can trade in commodities. Know us more at our site. https://newzoneex.com/

Today there are few goods and places on the market where you can rasshchityatsya for crypto currency, especially to buy oil and tin. But no one forbids you to change your existing crypto currency for fiat. You should understand that we are at the very beginning of the development of the crypto currency era . And it is the most difficult, because banks and states must make concessions and lose their positions. Nevertheless, the matter is slowly moving forward and many countries have already recognized and legitimized the crypto currency. It is necessary to wait a little longer!

in the future we will be able to buy almost anything with cryptocurrency.  but first, cryptocurrency must be legalized and supported by governments around the world.  each government can create it's own currency, like eUSD, eEURO, eYEN, ePESO that is equivalent to dollar, euro, yen, peso.  also, it would be nice if transaction fees would be waved as I feel this is one of the reason why people like fiat over crypto.  finally, it would be great if the wallet to be used by the mass would be very easy to use, as not all are techie.

I think you will not be able to buy such things now as crypto currency is not completely accepted by the all countries. It is on the developing stages. If the recent development of the crypto market goes like this then in future we will be able to buy anything that we like.
