Is there a way to find out which exchange an address belongs to?

How do you know an address belongs to an exchange? Or maybe gambling sites / mixers? Or just personal?

Unless an exchange keep using an address again and again to process payment, we will never know.
Indeed, if you register a new account in, say, bitstamp, your deposit address would be a completely new address belonging to bitstamp.

Okay I put it wrong. Is there a way to find out if an address belongs to an exchange?
no I don't think we can do this because they not use 1 or 2 address they generate separate for every user
