Yes sure you can absolutely find cryptocurrency lovers whose nationalities are from Japan and Korea in fact bitcointalk houses major cryptocurrency users irrespective of the location or where they come from just go to the local board and search

I am not from the US but I am a huge fan of Asian projects especially those from Korea and I have invested in quite a few of them in their early stages.. Carry Protocol, Contents Protocol, Velic and a host of others and I have found out that Koreans are one of the best in this business, they know what they are doing.

Since I live in Tokyo, I'm a huge fan of Japanese/Korean blockchain like Klaytn and Linkchain.
I was just wondering that people in US know about blockchain projects in Asia.
blockchain is open by everyone, even some famous and developing countries, but here you will not be able to find it as you expected because the data itself here is very personal and it is not possible to expose it because it is very confidential.

I think that people know very little about such blockchains. The first time I hear about such names from you. but I don't think that I would even want to learn these blockchains

I was about to suggest to post this on the local boards of both countries but it looks they aren't really active at all.

The project that I've known that has been favored on Japan is Monacoin.

Maybe not exactly in US, cause I'm from Europe, But I've read yesterday an article about women in crypto, and author have mentioned Mai Fujimoto and her input for popularizing crypto in Japan. Very interesting story!
