Hi Fabrizio89,

we are working every business day and sometimes on weekends to serve our customers.

During Christmas or frequent shopping season your orders might have a delay from up to 1 and rarely up to 2 business days.

Since the focus is to fulfill payment and shipment of all our orders, the individual customer service can sometimes not catch up as fast as you want. May use our telephone hot-line to reach our dedicated team If you are in need.

Most of the delays are caused by the third parties we are using e.g. the seller, the shipment or payment provider.

Well just to update you guys, the seller did reply and said that the item was shipped again. Seems all will be ok.

Up. Still no reply from support, is there noone who recently used their service? I feel like I should just give up about my btcs and my order. What a shame.

I recently ordered two items, just one arrived after few days, the other one still isn't here after a month. I tried to contact the support about the issue a week ago, but I got no answer. Could anyone please tell me if this is a normal behaviour for them, I mean they need time to reply. It's not like I spent that much to be worried about, I'd just like to know if I should continue using other services for my shopping, as this is my first time using them.
