Thank you, both.

Yeah, I tried with the ethminer that MATHReX linked to and got this error:

Quote
Creating cache buffer
Creating DAG buffer
Allocating/mapping DAG buffer failed with: clCreateBuffer(-61). GPU can't allocate the DAG in a single chunk. Bailing.
clEnqueueWriteBuffer(-38)

But just from curiosity guys, is there any of the recent coins that I can mine with this 1GB GPU?

No you can't.

All DAG coins start at 1GB.

I don't think DAG file for UBQ has surpassed 1GB but you can give ethminer a try and see if it works for you. Download here: http://cryptomining-blog.com/8852-new-optimized-ethminer-for-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1060-gpus/

I have an old AMD Radeon HD 6770 graphics card with 1GB memory. I was trying to set up that desktop to mine some Ubiq coin (UBQ.)

So I'm following instructions from this pool:
http://ubiqpool.io/#/help

but I can't seem to set up the miner. When I run Claymore with their command line parameters as such (having changed the public key for my wallet):

Code:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool stratum+tcp://us.ubiqpool.io:8008 -ewal 0xb85150eb365e7df0941f0cf08235f987ba91506a -epsw x -eworker rig1

the Claymore gives me an error that I need to use additional command lines. But when I add those as such:

Code:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool stratum+tcp://us.ubiqpool.io:8008 -ewal 0xb85150eb365e7df0941f0cf08235f987ba91506a -epsw x -eworker rig1 -allpools 1 -allcoins 1 -mode 1

The Claymore shows another error that I don't have enough memory to mine ETH or something in that regard. Well, it's not Ethereum:

I then tried to get Ethminer from here:
https://github.com/ethereum/cpp-ethereum
but there's no executable to run there.

So I was wondering, do I need a card with more than 1 GB of memory to mine UBQ coin?
