Dont buy cheap cards...XFX is cheap garbage

I have 2 XFX 290x and get a stable 1.75 MHash

Not bad for two cards.

why not 990 each like in https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison ?
that would give you 1.98MH/s

also can i achieve the 1.5Mh/s listed there for 7990 without watercooling?

What else can I overclock apart from Core and Memory?

How do i know if same radeon but different brand (like Sapphire) overclocks better?
