Actually, I have active on another forums. In the forum, the reputation system is a key to influence others whether willing to have a big deal with me or not in the forum. So, I was shocked while I received a negative feedback from suchmoon even though he never been trade with me before. Now I know that it is just a signal to warn others while trading with newbie, actually.

So, I will need to take time to adopt culture and study rules here.

Now, the issue was solved and this thread was closed. Thanks for you all concerned.

Many of these "new" accounts are not new at all but repeated attempts to get coin from those that are too trusting and Neutrals are mostly ignored. I see nothing wrong with a Negative. OP can work with suchmoon on this issue.
I don't even know why newbies care about their trust ratings that much.If they're fair in approach, they'd still get the exchanges done anyway. As long as suchmoon's policies are concerned, or from (what I have noticed) the feedback would stay up for a few weeks,if OP completes a good number of trades in the forum without any issues then maybe after 2-3 months he can approach such to have it removed.Of course with the valid vouches.

@OP : Mods won't lock the thread,do it yourself by pressing "Lock Topic" on bottom-left side of your thread.

In Collateral I Trust.
Well I don't see anything wrong with the given feedback. It is only fair to give a warnin to anyone who will trade since paypal is indeed a reversible payment. Some users may not be aware of it so it is better safe than sorry. If you think the feedback is unnecessary then you should still get a trade here if someone will trust you that you will not chargeback regardless of your feedback.
It is fair to give a negative right off the bat of them not knowing any better?
I would give this member the benefit of the doubt.
A neutral maybe but not a negative as I almost brushed them aside as a scammer as soon as I saw the red on them.
I am dealing with them and will report any shenanigans that may follow (which i doubt as they seem genuine enough in their pms to me so far).
Have three other deals going on so will keep uptodate with this exchange as promptly as possible.

I was open a thread regarding I want to buy btc with paypal fund today. After a few hour, a member: suchmoon gave me the negative feedback (Newbie is attempting to buy BTC with PayPal, which is reversible up to 180 days. Escrow doesn't work with PayPal. Avoid.) without have a deal with me before.

As I am really want to have a deal with others, can I report this issue to moderator about the nonsense reason? or it is NORMAL treatment for all newbie who want to have a trading in bitcoin forum?

Please every senior here give me a guide about the issue.

You were treated in such way because most of the newbies try to scam forum members. However, trust system isn't moderated and a moderator cannot help you. You should settle this with the member which give you the -ve trust(in your case, 'suchmoon').
This.  OP, it's standard for noobs to get negged if they try to buy bitcoin with PayPal.   There have been so many chargebacks due to this it's unreal.  You might appeal to suchmoon to remove the neg, but you may have to prove yourself for a while.  But that's up to suchmoon.  Mods won't do shit.

Trust are not moderated. The mods won't (and can't) remove a negative feedback even if you reported it to them.
