So I am consulting you all again before I make a move to ensure I don't mess up. I bought a Solana NFT using my TRUST wallet. The purchased NFT was sent back to my TRUST wallet. Afterwards I was told that NFTs don't show up in TRUST wallet and that I could use Solflare wallet to see the NFT. So, I am in the process of setting up the Solflare wallet. I was told that I should use the SAME login credentials, seed phrase and all, to log into Solflare wallet and I'd see the NFT. Before I enter my seedphrase, is this true? I added the Solflare Chrome extension to my laptop and it's asking me for the "mnemonic phrase"....
As far as I know trustwallet only supports NFT on the ETH / BSC / Polygon network, while your NFT is on the SOLANA network, of course you need a wallet like Solflare to view your NFT.

Better review first the platform they suggested you cauee you are gonna import to a new platform that you arent familiar about. Anything worse to come then your asset on that wallet could compromise by this. Better take a look and check out the feedback first. If the nft is in your wallet then it should be there just check on the explorer qs it showd if you hold thr nft that you bought.

Hi, I did it and the NFTs are there. I was relieved. Should I always uninstall the chrome extension when not in use? Thank you!
Just to add. I think you should stop using chrome as you main browser especially if you are using it to your daily activities in NFT or anything that is related about crypto especially now that you had a previous hacking issue. Chrome is crawling with paid ads that are either scam or phishing site -- and it is definitely a big spyware.

You'd be better using Firefox with UBlock Origin installed, HTTPS Everywhere and a search engine of DuckDuckGo, it may not help you that much in terms of security but it could certainly help you avoid clicking malicious sites.

Noooo I'd leave it installed (that'll reduce the risk of you hurriedly installing a scam wallet), if you're skeptical of it though you could use it on a different browser than your main one or just limit its permissions (if that's possible - eg metamask wanting the ability to read the websites you load or access the clipboard).

PLEASE work out if something is legit BEFORE installing it!

Assuming you downloaded it from the official website then yes you should be able to just put your mnemonic in and see your nft - potentially provided you did indeed send it to your Solana address.

You could look up your Solana address in a block explorer beforehand anyway to know if the nft is there or not.

Yeah that's true and it's maybe because the Nft's are of no magnificent value for now so maybe trust wallet hasn't obtained  them.
Solana is an Altcoin that has little or no value for now and the durability  of this Altcoins are uncertain, but why would a bitcoiner go as low as buying Solana? If you really needed  an Nft for profit you would have simply bought  etherium and made cool cash in a little period of the ATH.
It's a nice conception anyway.

It's a legit wallet and just like trust wallet. If you want to import your address, they will ask for the seed or mnemonic phrase.

It's also recommended in the solana official page under web wallets - https://docs.solana.com/wallet-guide/web-wallets

Phantom wallet seems to be more popular thou.

Just make sure you get the extension or app from the official site. There are so many phishing sites out there.
